Staff is really amazing, hotel very clean everything was perfect.

Good location and view

Over priced for what it is. For that price please provide quality name brand shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. Stop using cheap quality amenities.

The hotel location and available services and facilities are perfect. It's 5 minutes walk from Sayapark AVM, a shopping mall with food court and several cafes. The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the marina. The roof 14 offers wonderful views, music and entertainment in the evening. They offer a buffet for breakfast.

While our overall stay was pleasant, we faced a few challenges that could be improved. Communication was sometimes difficult, as only a few staff members spoke English. On our second day, housekeeping placed the used cups back and covered them as if they were new. We also noticed some dirt between the wall and the sink in the bathroom that remained throughout our stay. Additionally, since the kitchen closes around 11:30 PM, it would be helpful if the waiter could check with guests beforehand to see if they would like to place any final orders.

The location was ideal for our needs. It was convenient to the mall and walking on the waterfront. It was clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was sufficient.

The moisture from the a/c system is causing black mold on the ceiling in the hallways and breakfast areas which is unsightly as well as questionable for air quality sake.

The water in the bathroom was uncomfortable very weak Unwelcome from the reception i want service from the reception they late half hour

We were there for our wedding with an international entourage of ours and the treatment as of they knew that we were there for our wedding was absolutely incredible. From the smallest detail to biggest, we had an amazing experience thanks to great help of the stuff. From the reception to customer relations and to room service including the laundry service

Location is great.Staff was great too.Restaurant offered great meals.

Hard to say , but staff was very kind.

I like the workers in the hotel, location, the restaurant on the roof which gives the best view, the cleaning.

Nothing actually, there's nothing I don't like in Divan Hotel.

i liked everything, location, rooms, facilities, staff, location and wonderful breakfast.

nothing to mention

The breakfast was excellent. We asked the manager for a fried egg , Turkish style. It was our wish , we hardly expected to be fulfilled. No problem. We got what we wished for. The Managers were very helpful, and the staff worked hard. SPA, Hamamam outstanding. I recommend the hotel

Location, service of the staff, breakfast fabulous

I love everything

The overall experience was really good. We enjoyed the ambient of the facility. The room was clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the bathroom with it's hamam like design and the seat in the shower. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. Everything we tasted was really delicious and freshly prepared.

We had a little struggle with the function of our room key card, but that really didn't spoil our overall impression.

Perfect location. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

a chic hotel, with all the amenities, the room had everything to feel comfortable. a large room, a large mirror in the shower, all the cosmetics, a large bed.

The rooms are clean, great location, beautiful view, good breakfast, good staff, he upgraded our room to sea view without any cost.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff very helpful in trying to locate our hire car.

The top cover on bed wasn’t adequate

Staff was great, both knowledge and attitude. Very clean and comfortable hotel with great location.

Breakfast could've been better for a five star Turkish hotel. With better cheese and hot service varieties ...

The welcoming and friendly atmosphere of front desk man Mr. Buğra was very nice as we were on the road for most of the day.. nice location, sweet fresh smell in the lobby and corridors clean bathroom .. speed of the internet

The only thing was that they have a tradition in southern Turkey guess that in summer they use only a single bed sheet to cover or a thin spread… I felt so cold all night but it could have been solved if I had ordered a thicker comforter or so but I was so tired to get it.. my fault ?‍♀️
